TEAMEnvironment KENYA is excited to invite you, your organization, institution or company to participate in the Nyeri County Conservation Mission and our One Hundred Thousand Tree Planting Expedition. This initiative is in response to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry’s 60 Million Trees in 60 Days Tree Planting Challenge and will take place from Wednesday 29th to Friday 31st March, during which we will be planting in all sub-counties in Nyeri County.
The expedition will culminate in the commemoration of the Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Prof. Wangari Maathai’s posthumous 83rd birthday on Saturday 1st of April 2023, under our initiative #Trees4Birthday at Kagumo Teachers Training College in Tetu Constituency.
